      What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
      - Participate in various roles within the Chief Investment Office, Investment Solutions Group, and Merrill Home Office
      - Assist in developing world-class investment strategies and solutions for clients
      - Conduct due diligence and oversight for client portfolios across multiple asset classes
      - Collaborate with team members to harmonize investment strategies and market themes
      - Engage in projects related to sustainable and impact investing or alternative investments

      What is Required (Qualifications):
      - Bachelor’s or Bachelor’s direct to Master’s degree program student with a graduation date between November 2027 and August 2028
      - Demonstrated record of achievement through extracurricular activities or leadership roles
      - Knowledge of finance and strong analytical and critical thinking skills
      - Excellent verbal and written communication skills
      - Ability to work effectively within a team and manage time with attention to detail

      How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
      - Minimum GPA of 3.2
      - Technical skills in Excel and PowerPoint
      - Major or minor in Quantitative Finance, Financial Engineering, or a related technical field
      - Experience managing and analyzing large data sets using data science tools
      - Knowledge of coding and programming skills, including Bloomberg, FactSet, Python, or R
