What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Lead the development of Internet, intranet, and extranet-based applications using various programming languages and technologies
- Research and implement new web technologies to enhance service applications
- Develop written design documents, test plans, and manage application components
- Provide technical support, maintenance, and documentation for applications
- Conduct planning, analysis, and forecasting activities for project tasks
What is Required (Qualifications):
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or equivalent experience
- Proficiency in .NET C#, SQL, and Angular
- Strong understanding of multiple applications development methodologies
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills for diverse audiences
- Ability to demonstrate critical thinking and problem-solving skills
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Experience with web security and debugging tools
- Knowledge of data modeling and graphic & functional design
- Familiarity with project management processes
- Previous experience in customer service roles to enhance client satisfaction
- Ability to share technical knowledge and expertise with team members
