What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Serve as the primary point of contact for assigned clients, building and maintaining strong relationships
- Oversee website development projects from inception to launch, ensuring project timelines and deliverables are met
- Make direct updates and modifications to WordPress websites as needed, implementing client-requested changes
- Utilize Asana to track project progress and develop project management processes for efficiency
- Communicate with team members and clients via Hubspot as a CRM to facilitate alignment on project goals
What is Required (Qualifications):
- 3+ years of project management experience, preferably in a digital marketing or web development environment
- 3+ years of hands-on experience with WordPress, including making direct page updates and modifications
- Working knowledge of HTML and CSS for making website updates and troubleshooting
- Demonstrated proficiency with Asana or similar project management tools
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills with strong client-facing experience
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field
- Experience with client onboarding processes and systems
- Familiarity with web design and development terminology
- Knowledge of digital marketing platforms and strategies
- Experience working in a fast-paced agency environment
