What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Manage multiple WordPress projects, serving as the primary contact for clients and ensuring exceptional service delivery
- Facilitate project onboarding, kickoff calls, and transitions between build and support phases
- Maintain organized backlogs and support internal teams in resolving blockers and anticipating needs
- Monitor budgets and timelines, providing regular updates and flagging risks early
- Use collaboration tools to maintain transparency and contribute to team culture
What is Required (Qualifications):
- 3-5 years of digital agency project management experience, specifically with WordPress projects
- Proven ability to manage the full life cycle of web build projects and long-term client support
- Familiarity with agile workflows, ticketing systems, and client documentation
- Strong time management skills to balance workload and team dynamics
- Experience working with distributed project teams in a remote environment
