      What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
      - Develop and maintain forecasts for call volumes, chat, email, and other customer contact channels
      - Analyze historical data and business drivers to enhance forecast accuracy
      - Monitor forecast performance and adjust models according to changing business conditions
      - Collaborate with scheduling and real-time teams to align forecasts with staffing plans
      - Conduct "what-if" analyses to evaluate the impact of business changes or external factors

      What is Required (Qualifications):
      - Bachelor's degree in Business, Statistics, Mathematics, or a related field (or equivalent experience)
      - 2+ years of experience in workforce management, forecasting, or data analysis in a contact center environment
      - Proficiency in workforce management platforms (e.g., Calabrio, NICE, Verint)
      - Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
      - Interest in sustainability and a passion for making a meaningful impact on the environment

      How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
      - Experience with Calabrio WFM, Amazon Connect, and Salesforce platforms
