What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Sell various types of insurance policies, including life, auto, home, and commercial insurance
- Assess clients’ insurance needs and recommend appropriate coverage options
- Develop and maintain relationships with clients to ensure ongoing service and retention
- Stay up-to-date with insurance laws, regulations, and industry trends
- Meet or exceed sales targets and contribute to team goals
What is Required (Qualifications):
- Valid P&C insurance license in Arizona
- At least one year of State Farm experience or 2-3 years of industry experience
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills
- Ability to explain complex insurance terms in a clear and understandable manner
- Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and able to work independently as well as part of a team
