What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Collaborate with bike retailers on marketing and website maintenance projects, ensuring adherence to e-commerce best practices
- Manage and update catalog settings via supplier sync and POS sync
- Merchandise website homepages, requiring basic HTML and CSS knowledge
- Communicate effectively and timely with clients and internal team members
- Track marketing performance, communicate results, and develop plans for improvement
What is Required (Qualifications):
- Experience as a marketing professional at an agency or business
- Customer service, retail, sales, or bike shop experience strongly preferred
- Organized and proficient at managing overlapping projects in a detail-oriented manner
- Proven experience in collaborating with others in a professional environment
- Self-motivated with a positive attitude for work
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Experience with WordPress or Shopify
- Passion for and knowledge of cycling
- Hard-working, creative, and eager to learn and expand knowledge of online direct marketing
