What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Build and grow relationships with bank partners to generate consistent referral production
- Utilize and update Salesforce as a CRM tool for managing leads and accounts
- Develop new business account relationships and increase profitability from existing accounts
- Identify business opportunities based on knowledge of clients, markets, products, and services
- Present product benefits to prospective clients to meet their financial needs
What is Required (Qualifications):
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience
- Two to three years of relevant sales experience
- Ability to travel 3-4 days per week in market (no overnight required)
- Strong interpersonal, presentation, verbal, and written communication skills
- Working knowledge of Salesforce and proficiency in Microsoft Office
