      What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
      - Process bank deposits and apply them to outstanding receivables in the billing system
      - Reconcile bank accounts and ensure accuracy with financial records
      - Manage accounts status, balances, and identify inconsistencies
      - Interact with customers and team leaders to resolve outstanding payment issues
      - Assist with month-end closing procedures and maintain the accounts receivable database

      What is Required (Qualifications):
      - A/BS in Accounting or Business
      - Minimum of 3 years of experience in accounts receivable or related field
      - High level of accuracy and attention to detail
      - Strong organizational skills with the ability to prioritize multiple tasks
      - Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal

      How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
      - Experience with Microsoft Dynamics GP and Salesforce
      - Ability to independently resolve accounting variances
      - Demonstrated customer service orientation
      - Advanced mathematical and logical deduction skills
      - Proven problem-solving skills
