      - Write $40,000–$60,000+ in monthly premium through generating and closing auto, home, and renters policies
      - Consistently cross-sell life and health insurance products
      - Manage and track your sales pipeline daily
      - Achieve defined monthly premium targets
      - Provide exceptional service to clients by listening and recommending appropriate solutions

      What is Required (Qualifications):
      - Active Property & Casualty license
      - Documented production history in the insurance field
      - Strong follow-up discipline and high personal accountability
      - Ability to work independently without constant direction
      - Willingness to obtain Life & Health license if not already possessed

      How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
      - Life & Health license (preferred or willingness to obtain immediately)
      - Experience in a structured, performance-driven agency environment
