Job Description
- Req#: 1190
- Monitors students while taking exams each period (to maintain exam security and avoid any type of cheating)
- Ensures students have necessary materials (laptop, pass codes for exams, paper, writing utensils, etc.)
- Understand, interpret, and apply pertinent rules and procedures
- Enforces time limits and compliance with other examination procedures
- Notifies appropriate personnel when exam equipment malfunctions
- Reports rule violations and/or unusual occurrences during examinations occur
- Record attendance of exam takers
- Under-graduate degree or higher
- One year experience in customer service and/or test administration
- Basic computer skills (proficient use of email, and Microsoft office)
- Ability to give written and oral instructions, and to communicate well and professionally
- Ability to exercise sound judgment and to exercise discretion in handling confidential information
- Maintain working knowledge of testing policies and procedures
- Excellent time management
- Strong decision-making abilities
- Excellent attention to detail and ability to focus on one task for extended period of time
- Technology - provide and use your own equipment/devices for remote proctoring
- Previous experience or knowledge of ExamSoft software (not required but would be helpful)
- Ability to sit or stand for extended period of time
