      What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
      - Independently author and review complex clinical and regulatory documents for submissions
      - Draft and edit strategic documents such as Health Authority briefing books and scientific publications
      - Represent medical writing on internal teams and lead submission team activities
      - Facilitate document preparation activities, including scheduling and managing reviews
      - Mentor new employees and junior writers while leading the development of standard processes

      What is Required (Qualifications):
      - Bachelor’s degree in Life Sciences, Pharmacy, Medicine, or a related field; advanced degree preferred
      - At least 8 years of relevant medical or scientific writing experience in the pharmaceutical industry
      - Experience authoring clinical trial protocols and regulatory filings (NDA, BLA, MAA)
      - Familiarity with drug development processes and regulatory requirements
      - Superior communication skills with the ability to convey scientific information clearly

      - Oncology experience preferred
      - Expertise in managing complex projects and submissions
      - Strong influence and representation skills in cross-functional teams
      - Strategic thinker with a big-picture orientation
      - Ability to interpret and present clinical data effectively
