What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Achieve sales and gross profit goals through executing key sales initiatives
- Actively seek and develop new sales opportunities through various channels
- Conduct face-to-face interactions with dental laboratory customers for account management
- Create and maintain business development plans for each customer
- Collaborate with tele-sales and technical support teams to maximize account opportunities
What is Required (Qualifications):
- 0 to 3 years of professional sales experience; some sales experience preferred
- Bachelor’s degree or global equivalent in a related discipline
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Strong planning, organizational, and decision-making skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Previous dental or lab sales experience
- Experience with Customer Relationship Management (CRM) systems
- Master’s degree or global equivalent in a related discipline
- Demonstrated problem resolution and negotiation skills
- Active learner with a strong interest in product knowledge and sales techniques
