- Develop and execute brand identity strategies for our firm and our clients
- Create visual elements including logos, color palettes, typography, graphics and brand guidelines
- Design marketing materials, presentations, and digital assets
- Collaborate with the research team to visually communicate complex crypto concepts
- Manage client relationships and present design concepts directly to stakeholders
- Stay current with design trends and innovations across the landscape of design and technology.
- 3+ years of experience in brand identity design, preferably with exposure to the tech or finance sectors
- Strong portfolio demonstrating a range of brand identity projects, and execution of brand strategy
- Proficiency in design software (e.g., Adobe Creative Suite, Figma)
- Excellent communication and presentation skills
- Ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines independently
- Working with and managing fellow designers.
- Experience in working with clients on Naming is highly desirable
- Interest in or knowledge of cryptocurrency and blockchain technology is a plus
