What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Design, develop, test, and maintain high-quality software solutions that meet business needs
- Conduct code reviews and optimize software to adhere to best practices
- Analyze complex technical problems and propose innovative solutions
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver integrated software applications
- Develop and execute comprehensive test plans to ensure software quality and reliability
What is Required (Qualifications):
- Applicants must be authorized to work for any employer in the U.S.; no visa sponsorship available
- High school diploma or equivalent required; Bachelor’s degree in a related field preferred
- Minimum of 4 years of full-stack development experience with business or technical applications
- Strong programming fundamentals and experience with object-oriented programming
- Familiarity with client and server-side web development frameworks and modern build tools
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Experience with build tools and package managers such as webpack, npm, and composer
- Knowledge of modern authorization mechanisms, such as JSON Web Token
- Ability to adapt quickly in a fast-paced environment and manage time effectively
