What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Perform complex analysis and reporting of business data and process costs to enhance service delivery
- Identify and track key performance indicators to support budget goals and customer experience objectives
- Develop and improve scorecards or metrics reporting for real-time actionable data
- Conduct research and collect data to support continual process improvement initiatives
- Manage logistics projects and execute evaluations of data using standard statistical methods
What is Required (Qualifications):
- Bachelor’s degree (or an equivalent foreign degree) in Supply Chain, Engineering Management, Industrial or Electrical Engineering, or a closely related field
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in a Business or Data Analyst role
- Proficiency in advanced Excel, PowerBI, and Tableau for data analysis and visualization
- Experience with MySQL, Microsoft SQL Server, SharePoint, and Google Analytics
- Knowledge of Python and SAS Studio for automation and business data analysis
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Experience with XLMiner for data manipulation and business process mapping using Microsoft Visio
- Familiarity with managing version control and collaboration using GitHub
