What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Develop, configure, and deploy marketing automation workflows and campaigns
- Translate business and marketing requirements into scalable marketing automation solutions
- Design and optimize end-to-end customer journeys for improved engagement and conversion rates
- Integrate marketing automation platforms with core enterprise systems using APIs and ETL processes
- Implement and maintain privacy and compliance frameworks aligned with regulatory requirements
What is Required (Qualifications):
- Hands-on experience with marketing automation platforms such as Salesforce Marketing Cloud, Marketo, or HubSpot
- Strong experience in designing and optimizing customer journeys across sales, marketing, and commerce
- Solid understanding of data management and marketing analytics
- Experience with API integrations and marketing data platforms
- Bachelor’s degree
