What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Evaluate, build, test, and maintain the Laboratory Application(s)
- Resolve complex problems that involve multiple functional groups
- Identify, resolve, and report solution status, risks, and issues to project leadership
- Consult with internal project stakeholders and organizational teams on configuration and project timelines
- Stay up to date on industry best practices and Lab Medical Device Integration within the EHR
What is Required (Qualifications):
- Bachelor's degree or 1 year of direct application experience
- Strong analytical skills and ability to resolve complex issues
- Excellent communication skills for stakeholder engagement
- Ability to coach and mentor team members
- Familiarity with electronic health records (EHR) systems
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- 1-6 years of direct application experience in a healthcare-related field
- Experience with Cerner systems and laboratory workflows
- Knowledge of healthcare regulations and compliance standards
