What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Communicate with clients over the phone to assess their situations and determine how the employer can assist them
- Guide clients through the process of obtaining disability benefits or insurance compensation
- Master internal technology platforms and tools to effectively support clients
- Navigate sensitive conversations with compassion while providing clear guidance
- Measure and be compensated based on the positive impact made on clients' lives
What is Required (Qualifications):
- Bachelor’s degree from a top four-year university with strong academic performance
- Minimum of 1 year of work experience outside of internships (longer internships will be considered)
- Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to support individuals in crisis while driving conversations
- Quick learner with proficient writing skills to master complex topics
- Strong work ethic and ability to manage multiple priorities effectively
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Experience in a high-volume, high-performing service/sales/support team known for excellent customer service
- Completion of a socially-focused, hands-on internship or significant volunteer experience
