What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Collaborate with the Client Executive and Relationship Manager to ensure best client experiences and product expansions
- Facilitate client implementation updates, additions, and fixes in collaboration with support teams
- Evaluate customer use of products to recommend best practices and improve the customer experience
- Develop expertise in the Contract Manager and Claim Scrubber product suite
- Guide clients through the transition from Implementation to Post-Go live support
What is Required (Qualifications):
- 5+ years of experience in the healthcare IT industry and healthcare revenue cycle
- 3+ years of Payer Contract experience is beneficial
- 2+ years of experience with Experian Health's Contract Manager and Claim Scrubber knowledge is beneficial
- 2+ years of Salesforce or similar CRM expertise
- 2+ years of hands-on Epic expertise
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Experience in client relationship management within the healthcare sector
- Familiarity with healthcare compliance regulations
- Proven ability to conduct Quarterly Business Reviews and showcase client successes
- Strong analytical skills to assess product usage and client needs
- Excellent communication skills to effectively collaborate with multi-disciplinary teams
