What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Oversee the clinical trials start-up process, including protocol receipt, IRB submissions, and site activation
- Manage data reporting and collection, including source documents and adverse events reporting
- Prepare regulatory reports and maintain study participant and regulatory binders
- Ensure compliance with protocol requirements during sample collection and shipping
- Coordinate clinical trials throughout their life cycle, including communication with sponsors and regulatory authorities
What is Required (Qualifications):
- Bachelor's Degree or 1 year of experience as an Associate Clinical Research Coordinator at the employer
- 0-1 years of experience in a medical or scientific research setting or a technology-oriented business environment
- Excellent organization and communication skills
- Strong interpersonal skills to effectively interact with staff and external contacts
- Detail-oriented with the ability to manage time and prioritize workload
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Experience working in a clinical research setting or similar environment
- Familiarity with Clinical Trial Management Systems
- Knowledge of regulatory requirements related to clinical trials
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications
- Understanding of Good Clinical Practice (GCP) guidelines
