What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Provide coaching and clinical oversight to a team of counselors, ensuring adherence to clinical policies and procedures
- Conduct individual and group clinical supervision to enhance skills and improve performance
- Drive clinical outcomes through performance management and oversight of substance abuse counselors
- Assist in the hiring process and conduct performance reviews for clinical staff
- Participate in the implementation of new clinical protocols and support the launch of new locations
What is Required (Qualifications):
- Master’s Degree in Behavioral Health (Psychology, Counseling, or similar field) and at least 2 years of full-time behavioral health experience
- Licensed at the Independent level as one of the following: LADC/CADC, LCMHC, LPC, LPCC-CS, LICDC-CS, LISW-S, LCAC, LMFT or LCSW
- Minimum of 5 years of clinical experience in addiction or other areas of behavioral health at reputable organizations
- Proven management experience with the ability to lead diverse teams effectively
- Valid driver’s license and clean driving record with the ability to travel up to 50% of the time
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Experience in a multi-site healthcare services organization
- Knowledge of the local addiction treatment landscape and community stakeholders
- Excellent communication skills for managing interactions across a large, dispersed team
- Experience in hiring and evaluating top talent in both clinical and non-clinical roles
