About the Role
The Commercial Coordinator supports the day-to-day execution of commercial activities across assigned accounts and markets. This role plays a key part in ensuring operational excellence, maintaining critical business routines, and enabling the smooth execution of commercial team across channels. Working closely with managers, partners, and cross-functional teams, the Coordinator helps deliver best-in-class customer experiences through strong operational discipline, data accuracy, and timely coordination.
The successful candidate will be detail-oriented, highly organized, and proactive, with a strong desire to build a career in commercial, retail, or ecommerce environments. They will bring strong communication and coordination skills, the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously, and a focus on delivering high-quality work that supports business performance.What You'll Do
Commercial Planning & Trading
• Support the execution of trading plans by coordinating deliverables, timelines, and asset readiness.
• Maintain commercial calendars, ensuring accuracy and alignment across markets and partners.
• Track weekly sales and performance, highlighting risks and opportunities to the Manager.
• Maintain partner order submissions and deadline adherence
Account & Partner Coordination
• Manage routine partner communications, ensuring timely follow up and accurate information flow.
• Prepare meeting materials, trackers, recaps, and documentation for internal and partner reviews.
• Support daily operational needs across select accounts, ensuring consistent execution to brand standards.
• Coordinate logistics and agendas for market visits, partner meetings, and cross functional sessions.
Data & Insight Support
• Pull and update sales performance reports across retail, ecommerce, or wholesale channels.
• Gather store and/or site observations during market visits, consolidating insights for the broader team.
• Support business analysis through data validation, tracking KPIs, and updating dashboards as guided.
• Escalate significant performance variances to the Manager for action planning.
Cross Functional Execution
• Collaborate with Cross Functional teams to manage timeline alignment.
• Coordinate cross functional meetings, capturing actions and ensuring follow through on deadlines.
• Maintain shared documents, trackers, and operational tools to support smooth execution across functions.
• Partner with internal teams to ensure timely delivery of product information, content, and campaign assets.Who You Are
Qualifications & Experience
• 0–2+ years of experience in a commercial, retail, account management, ecommerce, or operational support role (internships or placements welcome).
• Strong organisational skills with excellent attention to detail and follow through.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Teams); familiarity with data tools is a plus.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast paced environment while maintaining accuracy.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills; able to collaborate effectively with cross functional teams.
• A proactive, positive attitude and a willingness to learn and grow within the commercial function.
• Interest in retail, ecommerce, fashion, or consumer brands preferred.
• Ability to travel occasionally for market visits or partner meetings.About the company
