What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Serve as team lead and subject matter expert, providing assistance to staff and ensuring compliance with policies
- Handle escalated complaints and queries from agents and customers
- Monitor agent calls for quality assurance, ensuring adherence to registration and clinical triage protocols
- Delegate duties and maintain a safe, harmonious working environment for team members
- Contribute to process improvement projects and support all services within the assigned team
What is Required (Qualifications):
- High School diploma or equivalent
- Minimum 3 years of relevant experience in a healthcare or customer service environment
- General knowledge of office procedures and operations
- Strong communication skills, both oral and written
- Ability to handle difficult situations with professionalism and maintain confidentiality
