What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Lead contract generation, drafting, amendments, renewals, and document control processes for new and existing clients and vendors
- Administer the contract lifecycle and management process in Salesforce and other applicable systems
- Develop and maintain internal registries and dashboards related to compliance activities and contract renewals
- Support the Privacy Officer in the execution and ongoing maintenance of the organizational privacy program
- Communicate relevant client and vendor contract terms, changes, and updates to internal stakeholders in a clear and timely manner
What is Required (Qualifications):
- A bachelor’s degree in business, healthcare administration, public health, or a related field; or a combination of relevant experience and education
- 3+ years’ experience preparing contracts and supporting the contracting process within a healthcare setting
- Working knowledge of Salesforce, Asana, and Microsoft Copilot
- Strong proactive communication and problem-solving skills
- Proven ability to handle multiple priorities and adapt to changing needs in a fast-paced environment

- Familiarity with compliance and privacy regulations in the healthcare industry
- Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail
