What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Support the administration of global insurance programs, including various coverages such as property, casualty, and cyber
- Coordinate with brokers, carriers, and internal stakeholders for underwriting data and compliance reviews
- Assist with claims intake, reporting, and coordination with adjusters and carriers
- Maintain and analyze risk-related data to develop reports and dashboards
- Conduct research on market trends and regulatory developments to support risk management initiatives
What is Required (Qualifications):
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Statistics, Accounting, Risk Management, Insurance, Math, or Economics/Business
- 4+ years of progressive experience in insurance, claims, risk management, or a related discipline
- Experience supporting insurance renewals and managing Certificates of Insurance
- Expert-level proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Word, Outlook, and Teams
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Associate in Risk Management (ARM) or Associate in Claims (AIC) is a plus
- Experience in a global footwear or apparel company
