What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Manage the development and administration of a customer data platform (CDP) and ensure data synchronization across systems
- Develop and execute omnichannel marketing strategies to enhance customer acquisition and retention
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate customer data and support marketing initiatives
- Implement data cleansing and hygiene processes to maintain data accuracy
- Analyze customer data and campaign performance to optimize marketing efforts and strategies
What is Required (Qualifications):
- Bachelor’s degree in marketing, business, data science, statistics, or a related field
- Minimum of eight years of experience in database management, data analysis, and/or marketing analytics
- Expertise in customer data platforms (CDP) and marketing automation in direct-to-consumer industries
- Proficiency in developing segmentation rules and customer scoring methods
- Ability to travel up to 10% and maintain a valid driver's license

- Experience in managing marketing automation projects, including requirement intake and project planning
- Proven track record of integrating systems like loyalty, email, and SMS for unified customer data programs
- Familiarity with agile testing methods for audience segmentation strategies
- Knowledge of industry best practices related to data privacy compliance
