What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Handle a high volume of inbound calls, chats, and emails while meeting quality and productivity standards
- Identify customer needs, clarify information, and provide accurate resolutions or directions
- Support the Verifications line of business with various assigned tasks, including indexing and routing verifications
- Manage incoming calls related to Unemployment Cost Management (UCM) and ensure proper routing to the appropriate department
- Maintain accurate timekeeping and punctuality while adhering to assigned work schedules
What is Required (Qualifications):
- High School Diploma or equivalent required
- 1-2 years of experience in a call center or customer service environment
- Demonstrated ability to manage a high volume of daily inbound calls
- Strong problem-solving skills and ability to adapt in a fast-paced environment
- Professional communicator with strong awareness of tone in written and verbal interactions
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Experience supporting customers via chat
- Working knowledge of employment verification processes
- Ability to handle sensitive and confidential information in accordance with company policies
