- You independently handle customer support queries via calls and emails, acting as the first point of contact during our service hours 8:30-17:30h CET
- Troubleshooting in case of late cancellations, non-attendance of the participants and other issues
- Collaborating cross-functionally with Key Account Managers, Product Managers and Marketing
- Handling customer and user requests via ticketing systems
- a permanent residence and work permit in Europe
- a background and experience in customer service or a similar office job
- a positive, enthusiastic and going the extra mile when needed to fit in our company’s culture
- excellent written and verbal communication skills in French (ideally native) and English
- a passion to deliver a first class customer service with a proactive, flexible and structured approach
- the capability to handle difficult customers or situations by offering solutions
- the ability to work under pressure in peak times and to meet demanding recruitment deadlines
- the ability to prioritise different urgent tasks at the same time
- an adaptive capacity to new systems, processes and tasks
- the interest of contributing as a team player within a functioning team
- the eagerness to constantly develop in this long term opportunity
- speak German fluently on top of French and English
- have experience in project / partnership management
- are familiar with the service hub from Hubspot and/or the Zendesk ticketing system
- knowledge about the Swiss market
