      What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
      - Communicate with existing customers regarding policy renewals and coverage options
      - Review customer accounts and assist with necessary updates or changes

      What is Required (Qualifications):
      - Must possess a current Property and Casualty License
      - Effective communication and listening skills
      - Ability to obtain applicable state insurance licenses (life and health)
      - Bilingual (Spanish) preferred
      - Previous experience in a State Farm Insurance Agent office is a significant advantage
