      What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
      - Provide excellent customer service and technical support for client products and services
      - Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues related to hardware and software
      - Document and track customer interactions and information in databases
      - Maintain a broad knowledge of client products, including smartphones, tablets, and computers
      - Deliver expert customer experiences while maintaining a friendly and professional demeanor

      What is Required (Qualifications):
      - Minimum of 1 year of customer service experience
      - High school diploma or GED
      - Strong focus on building customer relationships and problem-solving
      - Ability to work in a quiet, distraction-free environment from home
      - Proficiency in computer navigation and fast-paced multi-tasking

      How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
      - Familiarity with iOS and/or MacOS or comparable technology
      - Eagerness to learn new technologies and concepts
      - Strong communication skills for effectively explaining technical issues
