What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Provide exceptional customer service and technical support for client products
- Resolve technical issues related to hardware, software, and client services
- Document and track customer interactions in databases
- Maintain knowledge of client products, including smartphones, tablets, and computers
- Assist customers using a call flow guide to ensure effective support
What is Required (Qualifications):
- Minimum of 1 year of customer service experience
- High school diploma or GED
- Strong problem-solving skills and ability to multitask
- Comfortable explaining technology and building customer relationships
- Quiet, distraction-free home workspace with high-speed internet access
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Familiarity with iOS and/or MacOS or comparable technology
- Strong computer navigation skills and PC knowledge
- Eagerness to learn new technologies and adapt to changes
