What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Manage escalated restaurant partner issues requiring experienced judgment and a solutions-first mindset
- Handle retention conversations with partners at risk of canceling, using empathy and product knowledge
- Support account-focused needs including add-on services, account updates, and platform inquiries
- Communicate with partners across phone, chat, and email to ensure effective resolutions
- Progress through onboarding and training to independently manage escalated cases within set SLAs
What is Required (Qualifications):
- Experience in customer-facing roles handling escalated or relationship-driven situations
- Strong written and verbal communication skills adaptable to various situations
- Ability to maintain calm and empathy during difficult conversations
- Organizational skills to manage multiple open cases simultaneously
- Comfort with technology and a willingness to learn new tools; experience with Salesforce or similar CRM platforms is a plus
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Availability to work shifts between 6:00am–7:00pm PT, including weekends and holidays
- Experience in a technology-driven customer support environment
