      What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
      - Guide new customers through the onboarding process and setup
      - Handle inbound support calls, texts, and emails while troubleshooting real-time issues
      - Document cases clearly in Salesforce and communicate effectively in Slack
      - Identify gaps in workflows and suggest improvements to onboarding flow or documentation
      - Take ownership of issues from start to finish, ensuring customer satisfaction

      What is Required (Qualifications):
      - Fluency in English (C1/C2) with strong written and verbal communication skills
      - 2–5+ years of experience in customer support, onboarding, or high-touch SaaS roles
      - Proven ability to handle escalations and complex customer issues with professionalism and empathy
      - Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple active cases simultaneously
      - Quick thinker who can remain calm and solution-oriented in high-pressure situations

      How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
      - Experience working with SMBs or local businesses
      - Familiarity with tools such as Intercom, OpenPhone, and Salesforce
      - Background in supporting technical products
      - Experience thriving in early-stage startup environments
