What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Create clear, concise, and actionable documentation to support customer experience operations
- Generate detailed reports on customer experience metrics, trends, and performance
- Analyze operational data and performance metrics to identify areas for improvement
- Support and execute strategic initiatives to enhance customer experience delivery
- Collaborate with team members to identify inefficiencies and develop process improvement solutions

What is Required (Qualifications):
- Proficiency in data analysis tools such as Excel and Google Sheets
- Some experience in technical writing
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in SaaS customer experience
- Experience with Zapier and API connections is a plus
- Must be based in the US and legally able to work full-time without sponsorship

How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Experience working remotely
- Familiarity with Zapier and API connections
- Additional 2+ years of experience in SaaS customer experience
