      What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
      - Manage commissioning projects for data centers, including Greenfield builds and facility expansions
      - Coordinate with General Contractors, sub-contractors, inspectors, and other stakeholders throughout project execution
      - Develop and manage project commissioning plans and specifications from design through completion
      - Act as the main point of contact with clients and provide day-to-day direction to team members
      - Lead cross-functional teams on commissioning projects and ensure compliance with contractual requirements

      What is Required (Qualifications):
      - Minimum of 10 years of project management experience focused on mission critical commissioning
      - An ABET accredited engineering or technology degree is preferred, but equivalent industry experience is acceptable
      - Strong knowledge and experience in testing various electrical and mechanical systems
      - Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with proficiency in MS Project, Word, PowerPoint, and Excel
      - Strong people management and team leadership skills

      How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
      - Commissioning Professional certification from a recognized industry authority
      - PE and/or PMP designations are considered an asset
      - Experience working in a consultancy or owner organization
      - Familiarity with QA/QC and commissioning software applications
