What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Support infant, toddler, preschool, and Kids’ Club classrooms as needed
- Assist with activities, playtime, routines, transitions, and general classroom support
- Build positive relationships with children, families, and teammates
- Help create a safe, engaging, and nurturing environment where kids come first
- Participate in the development of curriculum themes with autonomy
What is Required (Qualifications):
- Must be reliable, warm, and energetic
- Experience working with children is helpful but not required
- Ability to build positive relationships with children and families
- Commitment to creating a nurturing environment for children
- Availability to work from 3 pm to 6 pm, Monday through Friday

- Previous experience in child care or education settings
- Familiarity with child development principles
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Passion for working in a Christian environment
- Interest in participating in ongoing training and professional development
