What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Support execution of account-based marketing (ABM) and demand generation campaigns
- Assist with campaign build, launch, and maintenance across various marketing systems
- Draft and adapt campaign content aligned with campaign objectives
- Monitor campaign performance and provide recommendations for optimization
- Track and report on campaign performance metrics, including lead volume and conversion rates
What is Required (Qualifications):
- Bachelor’s degree in marketing, business, or a related field, or equivalent experience
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in B2B marketing, demand generation, or account-based marketing
- Proven experience supporting marketing campaigns in collaboration with Sales teams
- Proficiency with marketing automation platforms and CRM systems
- Strong organizational skills and ability to manage multiple campaigns concurrently
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Experience in healthcare, SaaS, or complex B2B environments
- Familiarity with marketing tools such as Hubspot, Salesforce, and Zoominfo
- Strong analytical mindset with an interest in campaign performance and optimization
- Exceptional written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to work cross-functionally in a fast-paced environment
