      How you'll make an impact in this role

      • Provide technical expertise and leadership in establishing and optimizing a continuous build and release environment to accelerate software delivery.
      • Design, implement, and maintain CI/CD pipelines using GitHub Actions (YAML scripting), Jenkins, JFrog Artifactory, Vault, and Terraform Enterprise.
      • Develop, test, and maintain build and deployment automation scripts to streamline and standardize release processes.
      • Author, optimize, and troubleshoot GitHub Actions workflows in YAML to support multi-environment build, test, and deployment operations.
      • Design, develop, and implement tools, services, workflows, and processes to ensure highly available and efficient DevOps pipelines.
      • Participate in code, design, and product reviews to uphold quality standards and encourage best practices.
      • Build, configure, and administer instances and services across cloud environments (Google Cloud Platform and/or Microsoft Azure) for development, testing, and production workloads.
      • Script, test, and deploy new versions of applications, databases, and infrastructure components in the cloud.
      • Establish and maintain infrastructure monitoring and management processes using automation frameworks.
      • Troubleshoot and debug issues within GCP or other cloud infrastructure.
      • Apply Agile principles to plan, track, and deliver work using Jira or similar tools.
      • Analyze complex problems, recommend solutions, and implement improvements leveraging deep technical and theoretical expertise.
      • Define and implement strategies for networking, servers, platforms, and security that support enterprise systems.
      • Manage cloud infrastructure provisioning, cost optimization, and capacity planning.

      Preferred

      • Proven experience designing and implementing CI/CD pipelines with GitHub Actions (including advanced YAML scripting), Jenkins, and JFrog Artifactory.
      • Strong knowledge of cloud infrastructure (GCP and/or Azure) and cloud-native services.
      • Proficiency in scripting languages (e.g., Python, Bash, PowerShell) for automation and deployment tasks.
      • Hands-on experience with infrastructure as code (Terraform preferred).
      • Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to work independently or collaboratively.
      • Familiarity with Agile/Scrum methodologies and tools like Jira.
      • Serve customers as a key point of contact.
      • Manage customer expectations and ensures prompt and complete customer service.
      • Form productive networks with internal and external customers and the vendor community.
      • Produce project plans, RFP's, and RFI's.
      • Customize presentations to the interests of the audience.
      • Conduct diagnosis of most business problems.
      • Design, direct and perform analyses to resolve complex first-time project issues including analysis of technical and economic feasibility of proposed system solutions.
      • Design projects with broad implications requiring systems integration of one or more technical platforms.
      • Lead design sessions by presenting logical statements of business problems and designs.
      • Participate in the design of technical requirements for the application/solution.
      • Serve as a staff resource and mentor regarding understanding of architectural systems.

      What minimum qualifications you'll need

      Education:

      • High School diploma equivalency with 2 years of cumulative experience OR Associate's degree/Bachelor's degree OR 4 years of applicable cumulative job specific experience required.
