What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Develop and implement talent management strategies for recruitment, development, and retention of employees
- Facilitate recruitment efforts for senior-level roles
- Create tools and processes for developing high-performing supervisors
- Enhance agency communication through new methods of information sharing
- Develop and implement onboarding and orientation programs for new hires

What is Required (Qualifications):
- Minimum of 5 years of talent management or human resources experience
- Proficiency in computer applications and software
- Prior supervisory experience
- Strong project management and organizational skills
- Ability to work in the Garden City, NY office at least 3 days per week

How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Experience with DEI concepts, programs, and initiatives
- Prior experience working with applicant tracking systems
