What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Set the vision for the Card Experiences and Platform team and hire top-tier full stack engineers
- Own core engineering and business outcomes across card-related verticals
- Collaborate with product and business leadership to develop card-related capabilities
- Balance product expansion with platform investments to scale operations
- Establish a culture of operational excellence while managing a robust development lifecycle
What is Required (Qualifications):
- 15+ years of relevant experience in software engineering
- Proven experience leading full stack and backend engineering teams
- Successful track record of driving key outcomes that contribute to company success
- Ability to influence and partner across various disciplines and leaders
- Experience in hiring, growing, and retaining talent within technical teams

- Domain knowledge in card-related areas such as credit/debit cards, accounting, and ledgering
