What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Manage, mentor, and inspire a team of recruiters, providing regular feedback and growth opportunities
- Act as a player-coach by directly running requisitions and closing candidates for priority positions
- Set clear goals and expectations for the team, tracking progress through data reviews
- Foster a high-performance, collaborative recruiting culture focused on continuous improvement
- Use data to identify bottlenecks and inform strategic decisions regarding hiring needs
What is Required (Qualifications):
- Minimum of 9 years of recruiting experience, with at least 3 years managing teams larger than 10
- Proven ability to create structure and scale recruiting systems as the team grows
- Strong organizational skills and a data-driven approach to recruiting metrics
- Demonstrated success in closing high-caliber candidates across various functions
- Ability to lead with empathy and clarity, motivating teams through change and growth
