      What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
      - Lead and manage the Salesforce engineering team, focusing on delivery, reliability, and continuous improvement
      - Collaborate with Product, Engineering, and operational leaders to define priorities and deliver scalable Salesforce solutions
      - Ensure the stability and performance of the Salesforce platform as usage and complexity grow
      - Oversee planning, execution, and cross-functional alignment for all Salesforce initiatives
      - Develop and coach the Salesforce team to support their growth as the team expands

      What is Required (Qualifications):
      - 7+ years of experience working on or managing complex Salesforce implementations in high-growth environments
      - 2+ years of people management experience leading technical teams
      - Strong understanding of Salesforce architecture, integrations, and platform capabilities
      - Proven ability to manage ambiguity, prioritize competing demands, and drive iterative delivery
      - Excellent communication, organization, and stakeholder management skills

      How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
      - Experience partnering closely with technical leads, product managers, and cross-functional stakeholders
      - Demonstrated success leading teams through complex roadmap execution and platform-scale challenges
