What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Manage multiple data tasks within set deadlines using Excel, SQL, SharePoint, and product category knowledge
- Add new products, enrich existing product content, and perform product page overhauls
- Follow department standards to ensure customer pages reflect the most current information
- Communicate effectively with team members and respond to constructive feedback professionally
- Organize and maintain all programs/software to ensure up-to-date functionality
What is Required (Qualifications):
- High school diploma or GED required
- Minimum of one year of relevant experience with Office 365, Excel, and SQL
- Strong problem-solving, identification, and analysis skills
- Attention to detail with knowledge of grammar, punctuation, and basic math
- Ability to work independently within provided instructions and time constraints
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Intermediate competencies with project management tools such as JIRA or Airtable
- Experience with Photoshop
- Comfortable communicating with individuals via video, chat, email, or phone
- Demonstrated ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage competing tasks
