      What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
      - Handle inbound customer service calls, addressing inquiries and resolving issues
      - Utilize technology to manage accounts and assist customers effectively
      - Identify sales opportunities and promote products and services to customers
      - Escalate customer concerns to management when necessary
      - Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction through effective problem-solving

      What is Required (Qualifications):
      - Must be 18 years of age or older
      - High school diploma or equivalent
      - Excellent organizational, written, and oral communication skills
      - Basic knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, PowerPoint, Word, Outlook)
      - Ability to evaluate, troubleshoot, and follow up on customer issues

      How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
      - Previous experience in a customer service or technical support role
      - Strong typing skills (20+ words per minute)
      - Familiarity with Windows operating systems
      - Proven ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to change
      - Experience in conflict resolution and negotiation
