      What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
      - Manage environmental compliance programs for over 40 US facilities, focusing on air permitting, spill prevention, and waste management
      - Oversee environmental consultants and ensure successful project execution
      - Provide technical and regulatory guidance and training to operations personnel
      - Build and maintain relationships with regulatory agencies to facilitate compliance
      - Monitor environmental regulations relevant to the data center industry and develop compliance strategies

      What is Required (Qualifications):
      - 5+ years of experience in environmental compliance
      - Specialized knowledge of federal environmental requirements, including the Clean Air Act and Resource Conservation and Recovery Act
      - Ability to read, interpret, and communicate environmental regulatory requirements
      - Experience with environmental due diligence assessments
      - Strong technical writing and communication skills

      - Background in science, engineering, or a related technical discipline
