      What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
      - Create and maintain Epic Master Files, including builds, tests, and debugging
      - Identify potential system problems and training opportunities related to Epic software
      - Assist in testing for monthly updates and annual release upgrades
      - Communicate changes and updates to end-users and prepare documentation of new processes
      - Research technology to automate processes and streamline workflows

      What is Required (Qualifications):
      - High school diploma or GED
      - Minimum of five (5) years of related work experience
      - Must become Proficient or Certified in Epic Resolute, Prelude, or a related module within 12 months of employment
      - Strong computer skills, particularly in Microsoft Word and Excel
      - Excellent customer service and interpersonal skills

      How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
      - Knowledge of CMS/ARC clinic operations and billing & collections functions
      - Experience with Epic billing and registration modules
      - Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
