What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Drive customer acquisition through door-to-door conversations and community outreach
- Create standout experiences by sharing service benefits and delivering post-sale follow-up
- Collaborate with sales leadership and cross-functional partners to support additional duties and special projects
- Present current broadband service offers and facilitate customer transitions to these services
- Achieve consistent sales targets within the direct-to-consumer segment
What is Required (Qualifications):
- High School Diploma or GED
- Proven track record of meeting sales targets in retail or direct sales
- Strong negotiation skills and experience in direct-to-consumer sales, particularly door-to-door
- Exceptional verbal and written communication abilities
- At least 18 years of age and legally authorized to work in the United States

- Knowledge of the telecommunications industry and broadband services
