What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Drive customer acquisition through door-to-door conversations and community outreach
- Create standout experiences by sharing service benefits, answering questions, and providing post-sale follow-up
- Collaborate with sales leadership and cross-functional partners to meet sales goals
- Present current broadband service offers and facilitate customer transitions to these services
- Support additional duties and special projects as needed
What is Required (Qualifications):
- High School Diploma or GED
- Minimum of 1 year of experience in direct-to-consumer sales with a consistent track record of hitting sales targets
- Must be at least 18 years of age
- Legally authorized to work in the United States
- Exceptional verbal and written communication skills

- Experience in door-to-door sales or community engagement
- Strong negotiation skills to secure agreements and exceed sales targets
- Ability to adapt sales approaches to diverse customer needs
- Proven problem-solving skills during the sales process
