What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Drive customer acquisition through door-to-door conversations and community outreach

- Collaborate with sales leadership and cross-functional partners on various projects
- Simplify complex product offerings to enhance customer understanding and satisfaction
- Identify and resolve issues during the sales process while adapting approaches to customer needs
What is Required (Qualifications):
- High School Diploma or GED
- At least 18 years of age
- Legally authorized to work in the United States
- Proven track record of meeting sales targets in retail or direct sales
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Experience in direct-to-consumer sales, particularly door-to-door
- Strong negotiation skills to secure agreements and meet sales targets
- Ability to adapt sales approaches based on diverse customer needs and market conditions
